1. Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, our default is to bill monthly and our customers can cancel any time. If it's within 10 days of the next billing cycle then any advance invoices are credited.
2. What discounts are available?
We offer a standard 10% discount on the monthly fees if paid yearly in advance plus, further discounts structures for more than 50 users. Speak to us for a detailed quote.
3. Are there any setup costs?
Apart from our bespoke solutions, there are no mandatory setup costs with our solutions. However, if you require us to customise your account (for example a customised invoice template) or you want us to cleanse and import your data from another platform then we would quote in advance for that work.
4. Where is the data stored?
We have two primary data centres are provisioned by Google Cloud Platform, one in London, UK and one in Brussels, Belgium. The default for UK customers would be our UK data centre. We can also deploy to other geographic locations, other IaaS providers, private cloud platforms and on-premise.
5. Can I add more modules at a later date?
Yes. The platform is very flexible and you can add or remove modules at a later date. We can also customise or bespoke existing modules which can shorten development time and keep costs lower.
6. How easy is it to get data out?
Very easy. Every list in our platform can be exported into Excel. We can also provide a full database backup should you wish to leave us.
