The client had been utilising an outdated Windows-based sales ordering system which frequently required maintenance and was fraught with inefficiencies. This system was no longer being developed or enhanced, leading to significant operational challenges as the client’s business expanded. The clunky and inefficient order processing system was beginning to hamper the company’s growth and ability to meet rising demand.

Solutions Provided

Additionally, we integrated direct Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) ordering with the client’s suppliers, facilitating live stock checks and supplier invoice syncing to streamline finance processes. This enhancement significantly improved the performance of the main operational system, resulting in increased productivity.
